Club Career
Mujuru began his football journey as a player in the Aces Youth Academy. In 2018, he and his academy teammate Nicholas Guyo participated in trials with First National Division side Ubuntu Cape Town FC.
On March 24, 2024, Nyasa Big Bullets announced the signing of Colin Mujuru as a free agent. The centre-back impressed head coach Kalisto Pasuwa during a two-week pre-season trial, leading to a three-year deal with the club.
Throughout his career, Mujuru has played for several teams in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League, including Herentals FC, Highlanders FC, ZPC Kariba, Harare City, and Howmine FC. Additionally, he had a one-year stint with South Africa’s National First Division side, Ubuntu Cape Town FC. Mujuru joined Highlanders in March 2020.

In February 2021, Colin Mujuru and Dynamos fullback Emmanuel Jalai ventured into entrepreneurship by launching a clothing brand. Their brand, named JUST ME, offers a range of clothing items such as T-shirts, hoodies, crop hoodies, and denim jackets. Reports indicate that tracksuits will soon be added to the brand’s collection.
