Assault
Moira Knight’s marriage to Zimdancehall musician Seh Calaz proved to be far from idyllic.
In a harrowing revelation, Moira Knight, bravely spoke out about how she was assaulted by Seh Calaz in June 2017. Moira shared the painful details, recounting how she was treated, both physically and emotionally, by someone she thought she knew.
Recalling the incident, Moira disclosed,
“My whole body is in pain, and emotionally, I am also in pain because of how I was treated by Calaz. He showed me a side of him I didn’t know, and I was deeply hurt.”
She went on to explain that the first assault happened on the day of Seh Calaz’s video launch, and the latest incident occurred when she attempted to browse through his phone after asking for the password.
With a heavy heart, she described the violence she endured, saying,
“He grabbed me by the hand and put my head between his legs, then started beating me up. My entire body suffered injuries, especially my breasts, left chin, and thighs, which compelled me to seek medical attention at the hospital.”
Moira’s revelation painted a distressing picture of a relationship that spanned four years, starting when she was only 19 years old.
“Seh Calaz is all I know in life he wasted four years of my life because I started dating him when I was only 19 years old and now I am 23. What is making this whole situation complicated is the fact that I might be pregnant.”
Separation

Seh Calaz was the first to break the news, pledging to protect his former wife by refraining from speaking ill of her.
