Early Years and Education
Taungana Blessings Ndoro studied secondary education at Kutama College in Zimba, Mashonaland West, from 1992 to 1997. In 1998, Ndoro earned a place at the University of Zimbabwe and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in English, with honours. He is also a holder of a Masters in International Communications Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences (De Haagse Hogeschool). He graduated in 2008.
Taungana Ndoro Communications Career
After graduating from the University of Zimbabwe, Ndoro joined the Financial Gazette as a chief sub-editor. A sub-editor checks the written text of newspapers, magazines, or websites before they’re published. They also proofread for grammar, spelling, tone, and style to ensure it’s all correct.
In 2003, Ndoro became the Public Relations and Business Development Consultant at Spectrum Public Relations Consultants from three months until December 2003. After a month’s stint at African Business Communications as a Client Services Executive, he became a Corporate Communications Consultant at

Taungana Ndoro In State Owned Enterprises
Ndoro’s career sprung that year, and he became the Public Relations Executive at the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ), leaving in 2009. The communica
tions expert then joined the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) as Chief of Corporate Communications, holding that position from 2009 to 2020.
Between that time, Ndoro was the country correspondent for Zimbabwe at the Africa Tax Administration Forum from 2012 to 2017. Ndoro was also the Secretary-General of the Zimbabwe Institute of Public Relations from 2017 to 2020.
Joining The Ministry Of Primary and Secondary Education
In 2020, Ndoro joined the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education as the Director Of Communications and Advocacy.
