About

The project University Corridors for Refugees UNICORE 5.0 is promoted by 33 Italian universities with the support of UNHCR, Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Caritas Italiana, Diaconia Valdese, Jesuit Refugee Service and other partners. It aims to increase opportunities for refugees currently residing in Kenya, Niger, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe to continue their higher education in Italy.

Language proficiency is assessed through the interview and some universities can ask for a certificate issue by the University of the bachelor or another language institute (ex. EF set/Duolingo). Please consult the call for application for specific detail
