2023 Departure from Naiza Boom
After nine years of dedicated service, Jatiwero, alongside several other members, made the decision to depart from Naiza Boom Films. Their departure was prompted by issues related to low salaries and what they considered unprofessional behaviour on the part of the group’s director, Michael “Naiza Boom”Machiwona.
In a shocking revelation, Jatiwero and his fellow departing members, Yvonne Chirowa (Vovo), Myron Muswe (Ozemwa), and Enlight Muzira (Netsai), disclosed the challenges they faced within Naiza Boom. They accused the group of offering significantly low wages, describing the payments as inadequate.

Allegations of Unprofessional Behavior
The departing members also highlighted allegations of unprofessional behaviour within Naiza Boom, including divisive tactics that led to conflicts and a lack of respect among the group’s members.
Jatiwero stated that Naiza Boom’s director, Michael Machiwona, had a tendency to sow discord among the members. He mentioned that they had encountered internal strife due to the actions of Naiza Boom and Machiwona.
Additionally, they claimed that Naiza Boom replaced them with new members when they raised concerns about their treatment and compensation.
Moving Forward With “Four Seasons Media ZW”
Despite the challenges faced during their tenure with Naiza Boom, Jatiwero and his fellow departing members were determined to continue their creative pursuits. They established their own group and YouTube channel called “Four Seasons Media ZW” The channel received more than 34 000 subscribers within days of launching.
In an interview, Jatiwero revealed that their films were being shot and directed by Ben Tike. Their resilience in the face of adversity demonstrates their commitment to their craft and their desire to chart a new path in the entertainment industry.
