Following his father’s passing, Gringaldino took on the responsibility of running his father’s business, Gringo Entertainment. He also engaged in marketing for an insurance company, choreography, and performing at various events. Despite the difficulties of coping with his father’s loss, Gringaldino remains resilient and focused on managing every day as it comes.

Gringaldino comes from a family with a strong acting background. While they may not be able to dedicate themselves fully to acting due to other commitments, he affirms that all his family members possess acting talent. The drama series “Chatikobo Comes to Town”
Continuing his acting journey, Gringaldino recently launched a drama series titled “Chatikobo Comes to Town.” The series features seasoned actors Blessing “Mbudziyadhura” Chimhohwa, who previously worked with his father and Chati Butao. Gringaldino expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to work with these talented individuals as he continues to learn and grow as an actor.

After feeling the void left by talented actor Gringo, in the showbiz sector, some television producers and film directors decided to bring back the drama.
“The Return of Gringo” the series premièred on 26 July 2023 at Ster Kinekor, Joina City, Harare.
The producers of the “Return of Gringo” brought back the old characters with Taurai replacing his father’s role and acting as Gringo.
