Simba Chikore, the estranged husband of Bona Mugabe,  disclosed a long list of properties acquired during their marriage in a submission to the High Court.  Chikore claimed that the properties he co-owned with Bona Mugabe are only a fraction of what she possessed on her own.

Chikore attributed his savings from his previous career as a pilot and farming endeavours towards the acquisition of the properties. He also claimed to have received contributions from his father-in-law, the late Robert Mugabe.  He also claimed to have received compensation after he completed special assignments on behalf of the former president.

List of Properties Presented in Court

The list of properties presented in court includes prime real estate in Harare, Zimbabwe, and a mansion in Malaysia. It also featured several farms and companies, which Chikore claimed to have acquired with his own resources.
