Janet Manyowa is a renowned Zimbabwean gospel musician known for her soulful and inspiring music.

In addition to her successful music career, Janet is also recognized for her philanthropic work.

Age & Date of Birth

Janet Manyowa was born on March 18, 1985 (age 38) in Chegutu, Zimbabwe.

Background

Her passion for music was evident from a young age. Recognizing her talent, her parents enrolled her in a music school when she was just ten years old.

It was during her time at the school that Janet honed her skills and developed a deep love for gospel music.

Her career as a musician began when she started leading praise and worship in her local church in Chegutu.

Career

Janet Manyowa’s music journey took off with the release of her debut album, “King of Glory,” in August 2015.

The album was met with great success, and it paved the way for her future accomplishments. Two of her singles, “Amazing God” and “Ndomira Pamuri,” gained significant popularity among gospel music enthusiasts.

In 2017, Janet released her second album, titled “Grateful,” at the Celebration Centre Auditorium. The album launch was a grand event that featured renowned South African gospel musicians such as Dr. Tumi, Ntokozo Mbambo, and Nqubeko Mbatha. One of the notable tracks on the album, “You Are More,” featured collaborations with these talented artists.

Personal Life

Janet Manyowa is happily married to Munyaradzi Manyowa. The couple is blessed with three children named Matipa, Waishe, and Mufaro.
